Isaura Camacho was born in Jackson, MS and has lived in Mississippi for the majority of her life. She attended Hinds Community College on a full academic and soccer scholarship and graduated with honors in 2018. She graduated with honors from Jackson State University in 2022 with a B.S. in Biology, emphasis in Pre-dentistry.

She recently completed the Community Health Worker training program & is a certified CHW here at MIRA. She is also an interpreter with her working languages being both Spanish and English. She continues to further her education in learning new leadership roles.
